For three decades, I sat on the other side of the desk. I reviewed thousands CVs, hired various levels executives, managed teams and talent strategies or projects, for several industries and geographies. I was ensuring the "Human Capital" met the "Business Objectives." But over time, I noticed a recurring pattern that made me think deeper: The "Perfect" Misfit: Candidates who looked perfect on paper (right MBA, right experience) often burned out within 18-24 months. The Golden Handcuffs: High-performers who were hitting every KPI but were privately miserable, sometimes even medicating their stress, or completely disengaged. The Timing Problem: Brilliant people pushing for promotions at the wrong time, or quitting right before their breakthrough. All tools are designed to serve the company, not the individual. Standard psychometrics may explain some aspects of how you work, but they won't give insights about why you behave and feel the way you do. I needed better data and a different approach to understand the reasons why.
My pivot to Astrology wasn't a rejection of the business world (I love it and I am still part of it!); it was a quest for better diagnostics. I began studying Psychological Astrology not as a belief system, but as a timing and aptitude system. I discovered that a Natal Chart is essentially the ultimate "Operating Manual." Where HR looks at Skills (What you learned), the Chart looks at Potentials (Who you are). I realized that when we align a career strategy with a person’s astrological blueprint, offers clarity and sense of purpose. Burnout is replaced by flow. Confusion is replaced by clarity.
